Matthieu Battini
Been immersed in the licensing industry for the last 8 years and now EMEA Sales Director for the Global Licensing Group, Matthieu has been closely watching the rapid expansion of sport brands within this area. He has been closely working with a lot of different sport brands and created the first ever sport zone at events like Brand Licensing Europe and more recently at Licensing Expo.
Lamprini Piha
Associate Professor of Marketing at the Department of Business Administration at the NKU Athens. PhD degree in Branding from AUEB, Master of Business Administration, in marketing and Communication, she has been awarded several state and private scholarships for exceptional performance. Active in the business field by working as a marketing consultant in Greek firms and as a project manager for marketing research projects in the public and private sector.
Amer Bitar
Founder and CEO of BBM Licensing, a brand management and licensing agency with Middle East & Africa coverage. He has worked with leading brands whose MEA portfolios deliver multi-billion-dollar revenue. Co-founded Licensing Horizons in 2023, the only licensing business event in the Middle East, he authored Bedouin Visual Leadership in the Middle East (Palgrave Macmillan) and is writing The Authenticity Formula.Â
Penny Mikelopoulou
A legal expert specializing in licensing and product marketing, she served as Licensing Director for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games and Head of Acquisitions at the Greek daily Eleftheros Typos. She has advised KARAMELLA advertising agency and the organizing committee for the 200th anniversary of the Greek War of Independence (1821). A lawyer and accredited mediator in civil and commercial cases, she holds a Law degree (University of Athens) and an MSc in Marketing and Communication (AUEB)
Michal Bachrynowski
Head of Sales at Vitamizu (Poland), where for over a decade he has overseen the company’s licensed beverage sales across more than 30 international markets. Vitamizu’s core business focuses on producing licensed drinks for children and teens, which has provided a measurable business advantage in the FMCG sector. Thanks to licensing, the company has introduced its products to major retail networks such as Carrefour, Rewe, and COOP, with annual global sales counted in millions of cans.Â
Andreas Tsochantaris
With a career spanning senior executive and CEO roles in blue-chip multinationals and market leaders across Greece, Russia, and Switzerland, Andreas is the Co-Director of the licensing agency Licensi (SEE/MENA). Formerly Head of Sponsoring for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, he has since advised and operated numerous sports and cultural projects across the SEE and MENA regions.Â
Stefanos Avramidis
Stefanos Avramidis is a well-known sports journalist and television presenter, currently serving as a TV anchorman and match commentator at Cosmote TV, Before joining Cosmote TV, he worked with several major broadcasters, including ERT and ALPHA TV. Fluent in English, French, and Greek, Stefanos combines deep sports expertise with exceptional communication skills. His professionalism and energy make him an ideal Moderator for this webinar, ensuring a dynamic and well-structured discussion.
